You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.


Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that you are 100% satisfied with our products on INurseMyBaby.com or you will receive replacement or your money back. We believe you will be satisfied with the products we sell because we have done the research for you to find the most exclusive and successful baby products on the market.

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee our products for a period of thirty (30) days from the time of purchase to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, as well as provide you with the time to decide if the product is the right choice for you.

If there is a manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days of purchase, the item may be returned and a new one sent out within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the return approval. You must contact INurseMyBaby.com via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and explain the issue within the 30 day period of purchase and sent out within 5 days of the return/exchange approval.

Your proof of purchase with date of purchase included in the email must be attached, picture or scanned in image.

If a replacement is warranted and approved then a Return Authorization (RA) will be emailed in a reply along with the return address.

The only cost the customer would be responsible for at that point is the cost to ship back to INurseMyBaby.com. Your proof of purchase with date of purchase, and Return Authorization must be included in the box for processing quickly and efficiently.

No returns, credits or adjustments will be completed without prior written approval from a member of the INurseMyBaby.com staff.

In most cases, Manufacturer defects in a pump must be returned to the company directly in accordance with their warranty information. We must make you aware that Ameda pumps will not approve a warranty exchange if the product is not purchased directly from them.

However, if you have an Ameda pump or other pump we can only take approve a return/exchange if it is unused, unopened and sealed. This is for hygiene purposes. Used Pumps, not in their original packaging will not be accepted for replacement or refund.

Other single use, single person products will not be approved for return or exchange. This includes but not limited to body care, lotions, soaps, body pillows, nursing pillows, vitamins and supplements. With these items if you are simply dissatisfied with the product you can request online store credit and mail back the product upon approval and you may purchase any other item on our site with the credit.

Refunds will be approved on a case by case basis if there are other issues not covered herein.
